The Brazilian Football Confederation board is in constant talks of requests for Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti to be the new manager of Brazil’s National team to replace Fernando Diniz, whose contract expires in 2024.
Brazil has not appointed a long-term coach after Tite left after the 2022 Qatar World Cup quarter-final loss against Croatia. Brazil Football Confederation has shown high interest in the 64-year-old Italian nationality Ancelotti. Ancelotti’s contract at Real Madrid also expires in 2024, and Fernando Diniz, acting as the caretaker Brazil National team for 12 months until 2024, he took after Tite ended his contract with the Brazilian National team.
Brazil Football Confederation wants Ancelotti to lead the team in the 2026 World Cup. Ancelotti remains with the final decision: is it Real Madrid or Brazil? He is going in 2024. Carlo Ancelotti started his career as a player and later a manager. He has become one of the greatest managers of all time. At a young age, he played for the Italian Nation team and clubs like Parma from 1976-1979, moved to Roma from 1979- 1987 and retired at AC Milan in 1992. In his Managerial career, he managed teams like Reggiana, Parma, Juventus, AC Milan, Chelsea, PSG, Real Madrid, Bayern, Napoli, Everton and then back to Real Madrid in 2021.
